It’s important for our customers to know that each and every one of our crystals are handcrafted from a range of diverse and sublime natural stones (Excluding our fun and colourful smelt crystal range). Our vision is to source, create and market distinctive and artistic works having our customers invest in one-of-a-kind products. Having this in mind, it indicates how it can be difficult to capture the variation of line/colour or shading of the particular crystal in our photos
Returns Policy
Sweetness Skulls and Light take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you in resolving the problem.
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description.
If your item is faulty, we provide three return options
- Exchange – for an alternate crystal (subject to price consumer has spent)
- Store Credit – to your Sweetness Skulls and Light account
- Refund – to your original method of payment (e.g. PayPal or Credit Card)
If you wish to have a refund, claims must be made within the first 14 days upon the purchase of your item to be entitled to a refund. Buyers are also entitled to paying return postage.
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE national shipping when you spend over $250! Estimated delivery dates include seller's handling time, origin postcode, destination postcode and time of acceptance and will depend on postage service selected and receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times in Australia are between 2 to 5 working days, International between 7 to 21 working days.
